Job Summary: Supervise the operation of water tank production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and operational continuity through personnel management and coordination with maintenance. Participate in continuous improvement and operational meetings Ensure proper operation of polyethylene water tank production lines, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and operational continuity through personnel supervision and coordination with maintenance. **Education:** * Technical or Engineering degree in: Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance. **Minimum 2 years’ experience as:** * Production Supervisor * Shift Leader * Line Leader **Key Knowledge:** * Plastic (polyethylene) transformation processes * Basic industrial maintenance (preventive/corrective) * Supervision of operational personnel * Production metrics * Industrial safety * 5S / Lean Manufacturing **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the water tank manufacturing process * Ensure compliance with daily and weekly production plans * Coordinate and assign tasks to operational personnel * Verify finished product quality standards * Monitor material loss, downtime, and rework * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations * Report metrics: productivity, scrap, efficiency, and absenteeism * Identify training needs within the team * Participate in operational and continuous improvement meetings **We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary of $17,000\.** * Timely bi-weekly payroll payments. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Benefits including: vacation, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus above statutory requirements * Savings fund. * Profit-sharing. * Health and vision campaigns. * Social events, sports activities, birthday celebrations, etc. * Job stability. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm; Saturdays, 8am–1pm
