Handling emergency situations and communication with clients. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate security guards across various services. * Conduct scheduled and random inspection rounds. * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures. * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance of personnel. * Prepare operational reports and incident reports. * Respond to emergency situations and ensure timely follow-up. * Maintain direct communication with clients and the operations department. * Provide service coverage support as needed. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor in private security. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Flexible availability of working hours. * Knowledge of managing operational personnel. * Leadership and decision-making capabilities. * Basic proficiency in report writing and digital tools. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma.
