Lead and train technical staff to promote efficiency. **Transportation Company – Maintenance Coordinator** **Work Location:** Veracruz Port Complex, Ver. **Main Responsibilities** * **Design, coordinate, and implement** preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal fleet operation. * **Ensure mechanical availability** of units by monitoring engine, suspension, braking, and tire systems. * **Supervise overall workshop operations**, as well as maintenance activities for trailers and dollies. * **Manage the annual maintenance budget**, optimizing the use of spare parts, external services, and supplier negotiations. * **Ensure compliance with internal and external safety regulations**. * **Lead, train, and coordinate** technical staff across shifts, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. * **Manage operational emergencies** and address incidents outside regular hours when necessary. **Candidate Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in maintenance of **tractor\-trailer units**. **Technical Knowledge** * Diesel engines. * Transmissions, fuel injection systems, and automotive electrical systems in tractor\-trailer units. * Hydraulic systems.
