Industria Metalúrgica Veracruzana, a 100% Mexican company, is hiring the following personnel for its coating plant located at the port of Veracruz: We are looking for: **Coating Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Technician in Industrial Processes. * Professional experience: 3 years or more in metal structure coating areas as supervisor, coordinator, or similar (MANDATORY). **Technical Knowledge:** * Coating techniques (painting, galvanizing, epoxy coating, etc.). * Metallic materials and structures (properties, characteristics, types, and applications). * Standards and regulations (safety, occupational health, and environmental). * Design and construction codes and standards. * Quality management (procedures, inspection and testing, quality control techniques, and quality tools). * Leadership and personnel management (leadership and motivation techniques, conflict management and problem resolution, and staff development and training). * Occupational safety and health (safety and health procedures, risk identification and control, and occupational safety and health management tools). * Blueprint reading and interpretation. * Knowledge of NACE (AMPP)/SSPC standards. * Microsoft Office Suite. **Activities / Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate coating activities. * Plan and schedule coating processes. * Ensure quality and safety of processes and final products. * Supervise and evaluate personnel performance. * Identify and resolve process and product defects and issues. * Supervise and coordinate coating activities. * Plan and schedule coating processes. * Establish and maintain quality standards. * Manage resources required for the coating process. **Preference for candidates residing in the port of Veracruz.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
