




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead teams, ensure quality and operational efficiency in the execution and planning of gastronomic service, supervise production, and manage inventory. Strategic inventory management and waste reduction. **Location: Liverpool El Dorado** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar positions (Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Gastronomic Corner Supervisor). * Knowledge of standardized recipes, inventory management, and waste control. * Ability to lead teams, train, and motivate staff. * Focus on quality, cleanliness, customer service, and operational efficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Support in service execution and operational planning. * Monitor and reduce waste. * Supervise production, preparation times, and dish presentation according to the established recipe book. * Plan daily/weekly production based on sales history. * Organize storage and rotation of raw materials.
