Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Branch Coordinator to lead a sales team and ensure customer service excellence at a financial institution. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct field coaching and review sales reports **MENSCH MEXICO is seeking a Branch Coordinator for Remes \- Boca del Río, Veracruz** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a branch manager with operational experience to lead our sales team and ensure high-quality service to our customers. We are a financial institution with over 20 years in the market, providing nationwide credit services. We seek a talented individual capable of managing branch operations and achieving targets in accordance with established policies. **OFFER** * **Base salary:** $9,900 gross monthly. * **Onboarding bonus:** $6,000 (first three months). **\+ Statutory benefits.** **\+ Uncapped commissions (loans originated by you and your team).** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.\. * **Direct employment with the company.** * Incentives and awards for achieving additional objectives. * Per diems and operational tools (utility vehicle and fuel).**Valid driver’s license required.** * Mobile phone. * **Work location:** Boca del Río and surrounding areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage recruitment and onboarding of new advisors. * Train newly hired advisors, and retain and keep experienced advisors updated. * Conduct daily field coaching. * Develop weekly work plans for the branch and field activities. * Review sales reports. * Attend to customers and authorities visiting the branch. **PROFILE** **Education:** Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred. As experience is key, this requirement may be negotiable. **Experience:** Supervisory and field sales personnel management experience (prior or current experience is mandatory). **Requirements:** * Willingness to travel within the region (within the state). * Valid CSF (Credit Risk Certificate) mandatory. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles with valid Class A driver’s license.
