Clear corporate values and a positive work environment. **KROM LOGÍSTICA** **We are seeking:** ***"Customs Classifier"*** **Company Benefits:** * Join a stable organization that provides job security. * Company certified in ISO and OEA. * Corporate values that guide behavior and reflect the habits of people within the organization. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in customs procedures or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in import operations and customs clearance. * Flexible working hours. * **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and English language.** * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily import and land transportation operations. * Monitor compliance with operational and regulatory customs processes. * Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, warehouses, brokers, and other stakeholders involved in operations. * Provide customer service and support, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on requests. * Participate in meetings and communications in English with international customers and suppliers. * Supervise adherence to operational KPIs and track deviations. * Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. * Coordinate with departments involved in operations, such as billing, legal, operations, and administration. * Ensure compliance with OEA and CTPAT guidelines within operations. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of operational processes. * Resolve operational incidents and follow up until closure. **We Offer:** * Competitive market salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Positive work environment.
