Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to develop and update quality procedures, good manufacturing practice (GMP) manuals, and supervise compliance with production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of quality manuals and procedures 2. Inspection and release of raw materials and finished products 3. Supervision and evaluation of production processes **QUALITY ANALYST** Desired Profile: Biochemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Agrochemical Engineer. ***WORK LOCATION: TEJERIA, VERACRUZ*** Main Responsibilities: * Updating the company's organizational chart and occupational profiles. * Development of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manuals. * \- Development of technical data sheets for manufactured products.\- Procedures and development of flowcharts for all product manufacturing processes.\- Standardized Operational Sanitation Procedures (SOSPs).\- Development of color-coding systems.\- Development of GMP pictograms (proper uniform usage, handwashing).\- Development of quality procedures.\+ Procedures for water analysis.\+ Procedure for raw material receipt.\+ Procedure for sensory analysis of finished products.\+ Procedure for receipt of finished products.\+ Procedure for weighing inputs.\+ Procedure for new product development and innovation.\+ Procedure for inspection of intermediate and final products in production and warehouse areas.a) Input weighing checklist.b) Mixing time verification checklist.c) Labeling and batch identification validation checklist.d) Warehouse product rotation verification checklist.e) Order release checklist.\+ Procedure for verification of transport units.a) Transport unit release checklist. * Inspection and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. * Development of warehouse layout. * Objective supervision, validation, analysis, and evaluation of production process compliance. * Execution and completion of floor-level quality analysis forms. * Generation of non-conforming product reports.
