




Job Summary: We are seeking a reception professional responsible for customer service, reservation management, and promotion of hotel services. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in customer service and conflict resolution. 2. Proficiency in management, reservation, and billing software. 3. Effective communication skills and attention to detail. Age: 20 years and above Gender: Unrestricted (Female preferred) L.A.E.T, Tourism Degree, L.A.E, Communication Degree (Completed or Incomplete) Availability to rotate shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night) Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a weekday day off Reception experience (6 months to 1 year) preferred; customer service, accommodation, courtesy, conflict resolution. Knowledge: Call reception and telephone service. Software and system proficiency, reservation management, check-in and check-out processes, billing, credit card and cash collections. Promotion of hotel facilities and services. Reservation platform proficiency (Booking, Expedia) Skills: Clear and effective communication, organized, attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality. English proficiency preferred.
