Position Summary: A prominent hotel company is seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to manage check-ins/outs, billing, reservations, and sales follow-up, ensuring excellent service attitude. Sales promotion and follow-up activities via telephone and email A leading company in the hospitality industry is currently seeking candidates for the position of: RECEPTIONIST Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in this or a similar position. * Skills: proactive, organized, responsible, excellent service attitude, and honest. Responsibilities: * Review the reception logbook to identify pending tasks from previous shifts and follow up accordingly. * Receive the petty cash fund from the receptionists of the previous shift. * Receptionists must perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Report check-outs to the housekeeping and security departments. * Collect payments for restaurant, store, and accommodation services. * Inspect reception area equipment (telephones, point-of-sale terminals, radios, printer, and computers). * Report any customer complaints or comments to management. * Handle reservations. * Make promotional calls to individuals or companies listed in the provided contact list and conduct sales follow-up with interested parties via telephone and email. * Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations. We offer: * Gross monthly salary of $10,005.6 (pre-tax) + food vouchers. * All statutory benefits (IMSS coverage from the first day of employment, 12 vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, etc.). * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. One weekday day off (subject to operational requirements). * Workplace: Playa Linda neighborhood, Veracruz.
