Requirements: * \*Bachelor's degree in administration, business management, biology, environmental science, chemistry, or biochemistry. * \*Age: 22 to 32 years old * \*Good personal presentation and strong communication skills. * \*Desirable one year of experience in a similar position * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software Main responsibilities: * Handle and follow up on customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. * Prepare reports. * Receive and register samples. * Schedule services. * Handle customer complaints. * Review service requests. * Follow up on deliveries and payments. * Prepare quotations. Salary based on experience and skills. Training will be provided.
