




Position Objective Ensure that services meet quality standards and satisfy our customers' needs. Main Responsibilities Provide personalized attention to customers. * Perform and record motorcycle services. * Schedule visits to service centers and/or self-service stores for motorcycle assembly and activation. * Validate and process warranty claims. * Be responsible for inventory control and replenishment. * Manage the daily report of service income and documentation. Candidate Profile Experience: 2 years as a motorcycle mechanical workshop supervisor. * Skills: Customer service attitude, leadership, organization, ability to assign and delegate responsibilities, mechanical knowledge, tool handling, empathy, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.
