




Cuétara Cookies, with over 90 years in the market, is seeking your talent as an **Administrative Manager** for its **Distribution Center (CEDIS)** in Veracruz, responsible for ensuring proper administration of the CEDIS’s financial, human, and operational resources. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate audits. * Administer and control the Veracruz CEDIS budget. * Supervise administrative, accounting, billing, human resources, logistics, and distribution processes. * Control expenses, procurement, and external suppliers. * Deliver financial and administrative reports to the Finance Department. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations applicable within the CEDIS. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in CEDIS, logistics, or warehousing. * Solid knowledge of administration, budgetary control, and warehousing. * Proficient use of **Excel / Office** and administrative systems. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary (bi-weekly payment via HSBC). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional development within the company.
