**Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable candidate for the position of **Multi-Store Sales Associate**. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that none of our branches experience operational slowdowns by covering strategic locations during scheduled absences or unforeseen circumstances, consistently maintaining excellence in sales and service. You will be responsible for delivering customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operation of the work area while upholding high standards of quality and hygiene. **Key Responsibilities** * Achieve daily sales targets * Assist in sandwich baking * Manage inventory * Provide customer service and product consultation (e.g., types of cakes, ingredients, pricing, etc.) * Promote recommended and seasonal products * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Perform general cleaning (counters, shelves, refrigeration units, floors, etc.) * Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) * Properly arrange pastries and baked goods * Assist in sandwich baking * Process payments and perform cash register closing procedures * Monitor inventory of products and supplies * Report anomalies related to equipment, facilities, or workplace environment * Comply with company policies, processes, and standards * Participate in training sessions as required **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school or preparatory school * Cash handling experience * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred) * Service-oriented attitude and professional appearance * Responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team * Flexible availability for scheduling **We Offer** * Base salary \+ productivity bonus * Paid training * Growth opportunities * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniforms Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,480\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
