**BOCAMARINA TOWER 1 PROJECT**
**Position: Architecture Intern**
**Location:** Boca del Río, Ver.
**Duration:** 6 months with potential for hiring.
**Job Description:**
At Bocamarina Tower 1, we are seeking interns to join our **ENGINEERING SUPERVISION** team and develop their expertise on Veracruz State’s most ambitious project.
**Tasks you will be involved in:**
**Electrical Installations**
* Verify proper installation of conduit pipes and cable trays.
**Hydrosanitary Installations**
* Check pipe routing and slopes for potable water and drainage systems.
* Supervise leak-tightness tests on hydraulic and sanitary networks.
* Review installation of fixtures, valves, inspection chambers, and accessories.
* Ensure materials comply with specifications (pipes, fittings, seals).
* Report leaks, seepage, or connection errors.
**Masonry**
* Assist in reviewing walls, columns, bond beams, and slabs.
* Verify levels, plumb lines, and alignments of walls and finishes.
* Supervise proper execution of plastering, flooring, and cladding.
* Monitor material usage (mortar, concrete blocks, bricks, cement).
* Record progress and quality of masonry and finishing work.
**Additional Tasks**
* Site surveys (locations of ducts, inspection chambers, walls).
* Preparation of daily and photographic progress reports.
* Support in construction estimates (measuring volumes of installations and masonry).
* Review of as-built drawings vs. constructed work.
* Verify wire gauge compliance and adherence to electrical drawings.
* Support continuity, insulation, and functionality testing.
* Supervise correct installation of distribution boards, outlets, switches, and luminaires.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Final semesters.
* Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
**We Offer:**
* Weekly stipend: $500\-$1,000\.
