




**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Payroll Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll calculation, control, and administration, as well as compliance with social security and tax obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Calculation and preparation of weekly/biweekly/monthly payroll. * Handling of **IDSE**, **SUA**, and **NOI**. * Management of attendance incidents and employee hires/terminations. * Determination of employer-employee contributions and payroll taxes. * Preparation of reports in **Excel**. * Support in distributing payroll receipts and clarifications to staff. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree, near completion, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in payroll**. * Experience with **IDSE, SUA, and NOI**. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. **Required Skills:** * Organization and information management. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Clear communication and teamwork. * Deadline-oriented. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth and development. * Positive work environment.
