




**Job Objective** Ensure proper management and administrative control of Human Resources department processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and maintaining up-to-date personnel documentation and records, thereby contributing to the department’s operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * **Manage incident reports**, as well as vacation, leave, and IMSS registration and deregistration records, ensuring all employee administrative movements are updated and properly documented. * **Generate and administer employment contracts**, in accordance with current legislation and the company’s internal policies. * **Coordinate the performance evaluation process**, collecting information and feedback to support continuous staff improvement. * **Manage internal communications** related to events, birthdays, work anniversaries, and distribution groups, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant information. * **Implement internal marketing initiatives** that reinforce organizational culture, values, tenure-based recognition, and employee motivation. * **Update the Human Resources key performance indicators dashboard**, and maintain control over physical and digital personnel files. * **Update the department’s monthly activity calendar**, ensuring organized and timely task tracking and execution. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in a similar position. * Education: **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**, and intermediate-level **Excel** knowledge. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ethics, and appropriate handling of confidential information. **We Offer** * Salary: $9,000–$10,000 per month. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
