**Job Summary** We are seeking an **Accounting and Payroll Analyst**, preferably with proven experience using **Contalink** (accounting system) and **Runa** (payroll system), who also has strong proficiency in English and Spanish. This person will be responsible for managing the company’s daily accounting activities, accurately administering payroll, and generating financial and tax reports with precision and timeliness. ***\*\*If a candidate lacks experience with Contalink or Runa, we are willing to provide training\*\**** **Main Responsibilities** * Record, classify, and reconcile accounting transactions in **Contalink**. * Prepare basic financial statements and reports for management. * Administer and process payroll through **Runa**, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage payroll incidents (vacations, sick leaves, overtime, etc.). * Calculate taxes and payroll-related contributions, and coordinate their timely payment. * Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely information. * Prepare financial and payroll reports in **English and Spanish** for management and potential international clients. * Ensure compliance with applicable fiscal, labor, and social security regulations in Mexico. **Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years of experience in accounting and payroll**. * Advanced knowledge of **Contalink** and **Runa** (\*\*Preferred but not required\*\*). * **Bilingual (English and Spanish)**, both written and spoken (intermediate\-advanced level or higher). * Knowledge of Mexican tax and labor legislation is a plus! * Proficiency in Excel and office software. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. **Desirable** * Experience working in companies with international operations. * Basic understanding of audit processes. * Strong communication skills when working with multidisciplinary teams. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Dynamic and international work environment.
