




**Position Objective** The Pre-Payroll Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all activities related to the preparation and review of employee pre-payrolls. This role is crucial to ensure that all employees receive their payments accurately and on time, complying with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Review and verify the accuracy of attendance and working hours data. * Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate necessary pre-payroll data. * Calculate deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other applicable items. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax laws related to payroll. * Prepare pre-payroll reports and analyses for senior management. * Resolve discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and pre-payroll files. * Assist in internal and external payroll audits. * Propose improvements in pre-payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in payroll management software and ERP systems. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools. * Familiarity with labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. **Skills:** * Attention to detail and precision in data handling. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
