With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the plant’s debittering systems through technical support, failure analysis, and maintenance planning, contributing to compliance with quality, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental protection standards in the process. **Location:** Paso Largo, Veracruz. **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical support for agro-industrial process operations** * **Diagnosis and reliability assessment of critical plant equipment** * **Comprehensive maintenance management in process plants** Plan, supervise, and optimize preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance using CMMS, field inspections, and condition monitoring, ensuring high equipment availability and alignment with agricultural production cycles (seasons, peak production periods). * **Ensuring process parameters and control systems** Coordinate testing, calibration, and adjustments of instrumentation and control systems (sensors, HMI, PLC), ensuring equipment operates within established ranges to prevent deviations affecting performance, quality, or regulatory compliance. * **Food safety management and cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems** Ensure proper execution and performance of CIP systems, validating cleaning and disinfection parameters according to microbiological standards, preventing cross-contamination, and guaranteeing food safety in food and beverage processing. * **Continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance** Implement energy efficiency initiatives for electromechanical systems, monitor key performance indicators (energy consumption, vibration, temperature, performance), and ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and food safety regulations specific to the agro-industry, contributing to sustainability and reduced operational costs. **Key Competencies:** * Operation and maintenance of thermal process equipment. * Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures. * Reading and interpretation of P\&ID drawings and diagrams. * Execution and improvement of maintenance plans. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Year-end bonus and vacation bonus exceeding legal requirements. * Savings fund and savings account. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
