Job Summary: We are seeking a Diesel Engine Workshop Manager to lead a team, manage services and repairs, and maintain relationships with customers and the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and process improvement **Join our team as a Diesel Engine Workshop Manager!** **Location:** Valente Díaz, Veracruz (down the Amapolas Bridge) **Requirements:** * Valid Class B driver’s license and **standard vehicle operation skills** * Proficiency in SAE and Excel * Availability for travel * Prior experience in similar positions is mandatory **Experience:** * Experience working with diesel and/or gasoline engines (tractors preferred) * Supervisory experience over mechanical and administrative staff (4 personnel: 2 mechanics, 1 assembler, 1 controller) * Responsibility for managing a workshop * Preference given to candidates with agricultural machinery experience **Responsibilities:** * Planning, assignment, and follow-up of customer services and repairs. * Replenishment of spare parts and consumables based on demand analysis. * Close coordination with the plant and customers. * Hands-on mechanical work in the workshop or in the field. * Continuous training for mechanics and assemblers across various brands. * Implementation and enforcement of methodology. * Implementation and maintenance of the **5S** system in the workshop and spare parts area. * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on services, repairs, and spare parts.
