Degree preferred. (recent graduate; work experience not required) **Job Responsibilities** * **Data Mapping:** Document and analyze current workflow processes. * **Document Management:** Create, update, and coordinate procedure manuals and internal system changes. * **Training:** Instruct staff on new methods or quality standards. * **Waste Elimination:** Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency. * Data mapping, manual creation, training, and the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act). * **Methodologies:** Lean, Kaizen, 5S. * **Quality Tools:** Process maps, Pareto charts, histograms, and check sheets. ***Work Location: Vargas, Veracruz.*** ***(Paso San Juan, Vargas, Ver)*** Job Type: Full-time * Vargas, Ver.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
