We are looking for a CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SITE RESIDENT with leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage work teams and contractors.** **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineer or Architect (Degree and Professional License) * Immediate availability to relocate to the project location. * Minimum 4 years of civil construction experience on industrial plant sites. **Mandatory:** * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. * Knowledge of construction and project planning. * Knowledge of cost estimation and budget management. * Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to safety and environmental compliance. * Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance. * Planning and management of construction site safety. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project objectives. * Project execution using project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of all activities at the construction site.
