LOADER-DRIVER GRUPO RULLÁN · JOB DESCRIPTION: At Grupo Rullán, we are seeking a responsible and committed Loader-Driver who ensures the timely delivery of goods to our internal and external customers, maintains the assigned vehicle at all times, and complies with company policies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily inspection of the assigned vehicle. Loading, documentation, and delivery of goods. Route planning and fuel refueling. Keeping the vehicle clean and secure (closing cages, installing padlocks). Submitting logs, checklists, and receipts. Attending periodic training sessions. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a delivery driver. Valid state or federal Type B driver’s license. Knowledge of operating vehicles weighing 3.5 to 7 tons. Ability to perform physical labor and work under pressure. COMPETENCIES: Service-oriented attitude. Planning and organization. Quick decision-making.
