Fine Dining Restaurant is seeking Kitchen Assistant\- Sushi Chef This position is critical to ensuring the preparation of high-quality food in accordance with company standards and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare food following the company's standardized recipes and procedures. Maintain the quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes. Safely and efficiently operate industrial kitchen equipment (deep fryers, grills, ovens, etc.). Ensure cleanliness and order at your workstation and in kitchen areas. Control portion sizes to minimize waste and meet established cost targets. Store ingredients and products correctly according to hygiene regulations. Comply with food safety standards and health regulations. Support other kitchen areas as needed, especially during peak demand periods. Requirements Education: Minimum educational level (completed junior high school or equivalent). Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a cook or kitchen assistant, preferably in a fast-food environment or high-turnover restaurants. Technical knowledge: Operation of industrial kitchen equipment. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. Ability to follow recipes and quality standards. Additional skills: Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Organization and attention to detail. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to punctuality and work quality.
