Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch and Sales Manager to lead teams, manage sales, and administer the branch, driving continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: · ***BRANCH AND SALES MANAGER*** · Requirements: · Age 35 or older · Work location: El Tejar, Teresa Mendoza Delgado · ***Prior experience in this industry and position is mandatory*** · Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering) · Experience: · 3 years leading sales teams · Familiarity with the state’s geography and coverage areas · Route development · Personnel management · Collection of overdue accounts receivable. · Responsibilities: · Identification of potential customers. · Review and follow-up on collection of completed sales. · Coordinate and schedule orders jointly with various departments. · Market opening and prospecting. · Establish innovation processes that drive continuous improvement. · Achieve established sales targets. · Sales development · Customer service. · Supervisory experience with sales teams · Sales experience, preferably in lubricants · Experience in Cambaceo · Proven and successful experience managing remote work teams. · General branch administration. · Personnel management. · Prior experience developing and implementing processes to enhance results. · Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and influence skills. · Willingness to travel. · Coordination of sales representatives’ routes · Establishment of sales quotas · WE OFFER: · Base salary + food vouchers + sales bonus + company vehicle + mobile phone; etc.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Driver’s license: Class A Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision, regent, branch, branch office
