Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor for Private Security with experience in personnel management, problem resolution, and ensuring the effectiveness of daily operations. We are currently recruiting an **Operational Supervisor** in the field of **Private Security**, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising **more than 200 personnel**, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working **under performance-based targets and pressure**. The professional we seek must be available for **full-time employment**, with prior experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution; academically, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this field is required, along with the ability to consistently submit reports to superiors, **excellent diction**, and professionalism in interacting with both internal and external customers. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, demonstrate strong decision-making ability, manage personnel effectively, and oversee and improve workplace climate—being receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security breaches or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security sectors will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
