Positive work environment **WE OFFER:** · Monthly income of up to 12,000 MXN (tax-free) · Bi-weekly payments · Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium) · Productivity bonuses of $1,800 or up to $6,000 · Weekly on-call bonus of $1,000 · Job growth opportunity · Uniforms · Continuous training · Positive work environment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Customer service, report completion, working at heights (fiber optic and cabling installation), handling fiber optic equipment, and other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum age of 18 years · Completed technical degree or high school diploma · Flexible availability for work schedule · Valid documentation · Proactive attitude · Service-oriented mindset · Valid driver's license · Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles **IF YOU LACK TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERIENCE, YOU MAY STILL APPLY IF YOU HAVE WORKED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:** · General or industrial maintenance. · Installation and/or handling of cables and/or networks (e.g., security camera installation, internet networks, electrical wiring, etc.). · Installation of air washers or air conditioning units. · Construction. · Electrical installation. · Any type of work at heights. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Experience: * Standard vehicle operation: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
