




Position Summary: Coordinate, develop, and strengthen state-level volunteer management by implementing strategies for attraction, training, follow-up, and retention aligned with institutional programs. Leadership and human talent development in the social sector. **Position Objective:** Coordinate, develop, and strengthen state-level volunteer management through the implementation of attraction, training, follow-up, and retention strategies aligned with institutional programs and organizational principles. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed bachelor's degree in fields such as: * Administration * Organizational Psychology * Human Development or related disciplines **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years in: * Team management * Human talent development * Coordination of social projects or volunteering (preferred) * Leadership and personnel management experience **Knowledge:** * Human resource administration * Organizational development * Volunteer management (preferred) * Project planning and execution * Database and indicator management * Use of digital tools and learning platforms * Preferred knowledge of first aid and emergency management **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate volunteer programs and activities within the state * Manage volunteer recruitment, selection, onboarding, and follow-up processes * Implement retention, motivation, and recognition strategies * Supervise volunteer performance and participation * Promote institutional training and capacity building * Coordinate actions with internal departments and external organizations * Manage information, files, and databases confidentially * Promote volunteer growth and strengthening within the state * Supervise proper application of institutional guidelines, regulations, and policies * Prepare performance reports and indicators **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Teamwork * Organization and planning * Decision-making * Results-oriented approach **Key Competencies:** * Strong management capability * Social orientation and service vocation * Inter-institutional relationship management * Ability to motivate teams **We Offer:** * Salary: $ 12,000\.00 * Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
