***UGMEX Campus Veracruz*** is seeking a ***Human Resources Coordinator*** to support recruitment, hiring/terminations, incident management, pre-payroll, onboarding, internal communication, and training. Apply via Indeed with your resume and availability. **What you will do?** * Provide support in **recruitment and selection** (posting job openings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up). * Manage **employee hires, terminations, and transfers** in internal systems and physical/digital records. * Assist in **attendance, incident tracking, and pre-payroll** (validating hours, permissions, and absences). * Follow up on **contract signings, renewals, and letters**. * Coordinate **inductions and onboarding** for new hires. * Support **internal communication** and workplace climate (birthdays, recognitions, events). * Assist in **training activities** (invitations, attendance lists, evidence collection, and evaluations). * Address **employee inquiries** with a friendly attitude and clear solutions. ***Benefits:*** As per legal requirements ***Experience required:*** * Advanced proficiency in office software, web tools, and email. * Experience in hiring processes, payroll processing, IMSS (SUA, registrations, terminations), disciplinary actions, contract preparation, vacation scheduling, and personnel incidents. * Participation in the design and execution of social development activities. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (degree and professional license required). * Experience in Human Resources **(minimum 2 years)** * Flexible schedule availability * Good personal appearance * Excellent interpersonal skills * Leadership and problem-solving abilities * Age between 30\-45 years Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
