Continuous training and development A reputable Veracruz-based customs agency, expanding its operations, is seeking personnel for the position of: Traffic Coordinator Job Objective: To coordinate and supervise foreign trade operations, ensuring timely execution, proper management of assigned accounts, and efficient customer service. The position guarantees workload balance within the team, monitoring of operational KPIs, and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Assign new clients to Account Executives based on operational workload. * Monitor operation timelines from initiation to completion. * Supervise the operational dashboard to detect deviations or delays. * Verify workload balance among executives and assistants. * Supervise the performance and task fulfillment of Account Executives and Assistants. * Conduct direct follow-up with customers via periodic calls to ensure service quality. * Develop and analyze departmental performance indicators (KPIs). * Present monthly operational results. * Coordinate periodic team meetings to review results and improve processes. * Propose cross-departmental process improvement initiatives. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. Knowledge: * Foreign trade legislation and procedures. * Customs Law and Annex 22. * Import and export operations. * Operation of foreign trade management systems. * Microsoft Office suite.
