(no prior experience in gas companies required) Job Objective: Ensure strategy implementation, monitoring, and achievement of commercial KPIs with the operational staff under supervision. Job Responsibilities: Set performance targets for supervised staff. Monitor, supervise, and ensure service-level standards. Prospect and expand our customer base. Recruit and train operational staff. Analyze route efficiency and generate area reports. Technical Requirements 1. Supervision of delivery routes and delivery personnel. 2. Strategies and actions to achieve commercial objectives. 3. Valid Class B driver's license. 4. Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills. 5. One year of experience in a similar position managing sales staff, preferably field-based.
