Job Objective: Plan, coordinate, and monitor traffic operations, incoming and outgoing cargo, ensuring compliance with loading/unloading schedules, proper transportation assignment, and fulfillment of operational and quality requirements. ## Requirements * Completed high school diploma * Minimum 1 year of experience in traffic, logistics, or control room operations * Knowledge of warehouse and shipping operations * Desired experience in route and carrier tracking * Intermediate/Advanced Excel (exam required) * Availability to rotate shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m.) ## Main Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures * Assign docks, time slots, and operational resources * Monitor routes, deliveries, and shipment status * Validate transportation and shipping documentation * Record movements in internal systems * Coordinate operations with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams * Report incidents, delays, or operational deviations * Attend to and coordinate with carriers * Generate operational and compliance reports * Ensure adherence to policies and procedures ## Skills * Organization and monitoring * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment ## Benefits and Perks * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Savings fund * Employee transportation * Seniority bonus, personal loan, educational support, marriage/birth/funeral financial assistance, eyeglass support, etc. Work Location: Santa Rita Industrial Park, Veracruz. Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m.), working 4 days and resting 3 days, rotating every 15 days.
