




Position Summary: CEDIS Administrator responsible for fleet management, documentation control, and accident support, coordinating maintenance and fuel recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages vehicle fleet and fuel efficiently. 2. Coordinates preventive maintenance and handles accidents. 3. Handles valuables and confidential documentation. Position: CEDIS Administrator Location: Av Miguel Alemán, Ortiz Rubio, 91750 Veracruz, Ver. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, split shift: 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Compensation: Weekly pay + monthly bonus Benefits: Basic statutory benefits Main Responsibilities: Validate vehicle condition checklists Record and control fuel tickets and fuel administration Coordinate preventive maintenance with workshops (check-ups) Support sales staff in case of accidents (insurance reporting, adjuster arrival, and tow truck coordination) Generate and control waybills for Panamericano Requirements: Experience in fleet management and administration Knowledge of handling valuables and confidential documentation Minimum secondary education (preferably high school or technical degree) Strong organizational, follow-up, and accident response skills Basic proficiency in office tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.) Residence near the CEDIS. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School 2 years of experience Keywords: administrator
