Position: After-Sales Service Advisor Are you passionate about customer service and do you have knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty truck mechanics? This opportunity is for you! Location: Northern area Schedule: Full-time Requirements: Technical degree or Engineering in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales service, automotive service, heavy machinery, or heavy-duty trucks. Basic knowledge of diesel engines and automotive components. Proficiency in CRM systems or workshop software. Excellent customer service skills, organization, and follow-up ability. Main Responsibilities: Customer service and advisory support. Scheduling and tracking of workshop services. Preparation of service and parts quotations. Warranty management. Repair follow-up and ongoing communication with customers.
