**Job Description** **Head of Educational Services** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of academic and administrative services that support students' comprehensive development, guaranteeing compliance with institutional regulations and relevant educational authorities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise enrollment, re-enrollment, and academic record processes. * Manage academic procedures such as certificates, official documents, transcripts, and diplomas. * Ensure compliance with guidelines from the Ministry of Education and other regulatory bodies. * Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to follow up on accreditation and certification processes. * Supervise and guide school services and other educational service staff. * Implement strategies to improve service delivery and satisfaction for students and faculty. * Prepare and present academic and administrative performance reports. * Address and resolve academic-administrative issues involving students and parents. **Required Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, or related field (postgraduate studies in educational management preferred). * Experience: 2 years in similar positions within educational institutions. * Knowledge: educational regulations, academic record management, academic administration, digital tools for university management. * Skills: leadership, effective communication, planning, conflict resolution, teamwork, and service orientation. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth within the institution. * Collaborative work environment.
