Advanced failure analysis at system and component levels **Senior Test Engineer (Electronics / SMT)** **Job Objective** Design, develop, implement, and optimize test strategies for electronic boards (PCBs) assembled using SMT processes, ensuring test coverage, product reliability, and manufacturing efficiency. **Profile:** * Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Conversational English **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT board testing. Solid experience in ICT and functional testing (FCT). **Knowledge:** * Advanced failure analysis at system and component levels. * Test program development (programming languages such as LabVIEW, C/C\+\+, Python, or similar). * Experience in fixture design and validation. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams and schematics. * Proficiency with statistical tools (Minitab, JMP). **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement test strategies: ICT, Functional Test (FCT). * Develop fixtures, test programs, and technical specifications. * Analyze test coverage and improve fault detection. * Diagnose complex failures in collaboration with Debug and Engineering teams. * Analyze test data and drive improvements (yield, FPY, DPMO). * Manage test equipment suppliers (ATE, fixtures). * Validate engineering changes impacting testing. **We Offer:** Monthly salary of $35,000, commensurate with experience Superior benefits; food vouchers, savings fund, SGMM.
