Operations supervision and customer service PVD Logística, in collaboration with Grupo Herdez\-Nestlé, is seeking: Freezer Repair Workshop Coordinator in Santa Catarina, N.L., for a fixed term (3 months) ### **Position Objective** Coordinate and manage the necessary areas to ensure achievement of the workshop’s productivity objectives. ### **Requirements** * Age range: 24 to 45 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering; no incomplete degrees * Experience: Minimum 3 years in operations and logistics * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of: Project management; Inventory control; Resource allocation; Problem solving; Customer service * Fleet management (vehicles, focused on Automotive Mechanics and performance metrics (Gasoline and Diesel) ### **Activities and Responsibilities** * Supervise operational and administrative activities to ensure efficient and timely execution * Guarantee operational functionality (mechanical integrity and cold chain) of the vehicle fleet, insulated boxes, freezers, carts, trunks, and modules through inventory administration and control (warehouses / point-of-sale census) * Identify areas for improvement, resolve problems, and implement solutions * Distribution, repair, maintenance, and validation * Implementation of strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes related to storage * Report progress and issues to direct supervisor ### **Additional Skills** * Effective team leadership * Communication and negotiation with customers * Results-oriented approach **What We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $19,000 gross * Statutory benefits: IMSS coverage from day one, 15-day Christmas bonus, proportional vacation days, 25% vacation premium * Weekly bank deposit to your preferred bank **Location:** Santa Catarina, N.L.
