Due to growth, we are seeking an **Operations Assistant** !!!!!!!!!!! **Job Objective** Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and training programs for operators and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and service standards in personnel transportation, thereby contributing to safety, operational efficiency, and service quality. **Experience** * Consolidation and validation of operational KPIs. * Monitoring and control of internal departmental reports. * Management of indicators and control dashboards. * Administrative liaison with internal departments (HR, Welfare, Training, EC). * Tracking of team training programs and certifications. * Follow-up on action plans derived from performance review meetings. * Control and updating of regulatory and process documentation. * Management of strategic agenda and operational priorities. * Budget and administrative expense monitoring for the department. * Management of supplies and materials for management. * Channeling official communications to supervisors. **Education** Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, or related field (candidates with incomplete degrees will be considered if they demonstrate over 3 years of solid experience in the operational/industrial sector). **Experience** * Control and safeguarding of documented information. * Ensuring validity of operational forms and records. * Collection and analysis of evidence for audits. * Follow-up on closure of Non-Conformities and corrective actions. * Control of external documents and calibration certificates. * Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) of the Management System and updating of the operational risk matrix. * Control of training records. * Logistical coordination during certification processes. * Promotion of a continuous improvement culture and detection of procedural failures.
