




JOIN US We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR The objective of the position is: To supervise and coordinate corrective, preventive, cleaning, and safety maintenance activities in the production plant, CEDIS, administrative offices, and Nata Cafetería® branches, ensuring optimal operation of critical systems (refrigeration, freezing, electrical, hydraulic, gas, ventilation), repair of production equipment, and excellent image in the cafés. Implement organization and cleanliness programs (5S methodology) and a comprehensive security and surveillance system to protect facilities, equipment, assets, and personnel, complying with Mexican Official Standards (NOM) and local regulations. **Requirements:** **Education** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree obtained, desirable). Technical level in Industrial Maintenance, Refrigeration, or Electromechanics will be considered. Knowledge of 5S Methodology, Maintenance Management, or Mexican Official Standards (desirable). **Experience** * Minimum 3\-5 years supervising maintenance in production plants, restaurants, or related industries (preferably food and beverage). * Experience in maintenance of refrigeration, freezing, electrical, hydraulic systems, and industrial kitchen equipment. * Experience managing teams (minimum 3\-5 people) and supervising security or surveillance operations. * Knowledge of implementing 5S methodology and compliance with regulations (NOM\-251\-SSA1\-2009, NOM\-002\-STPS\-2010). **Other Requirements** Availability to travel between the plant, CEDIS, offices, and branches in Veracruz and Boca del Río. Class A driver's license (desirable, for supervision of refrigerated vehicles). Knowledge of COFEPRIS, STPS, SCT, and Veracruz Municipality regulations.
