Requires a strong service orientation and respectful treatment of customers. **Job Description:** *HOUSEKEEPER* ***REQUIREMENTS:*** *AGE REQUIREMENT:* 25 to 40 years old. *EDUCATION:* Basic education. *EXPERIENCE:* Minimum of 6 months. *AVAILABILITY:* Rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). *ATTITUDE:* Strong service orientation, kindness, courteous demeanor, responsibility, and good communication skills. *SKILLS:* Teamwork, proactivity, and respectful treatment of customers ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel-established standards. * Change linens (sheets, towels, and amenities) in occupied and checkout rooms. * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas. * Report defects, forgotten items, or incidents found in rooms. * Restock amenities and supplies required for guests. * Adhere to company-established hygiene, cleaning, and safety procedures. * Assist with deep cleaning when operations require it. * Properly handle, use, and maintain provided cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies. * Verify that rooms are in optimal condition prior to guest handover. ***KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:*** Cleaning experience Proper handling of cleaning products and tools Service-oriented attitude Proactivity and initiative Organization and responsibility Ability to work under pressure Problem-solving ability Discretion and professionalism ***WE OFFER:*** Competitive salary Benefits exceeding legal requirements Direct employment contract with the company Job stability Excellent work environment Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
