It’s not a bonus—it’s the standard. You will be responsible for end-to-end features: from database architecture to the final pixel in production. You’ll participate in technical decisions that shape the product and collaborate closely with a small team where every person has real impact. We are a growing team building AI-native technology products. We value execution speed, autonomy, and technical curiosity over titles and credentials. **Responsibilities** * ***End\-to\-End Development*** — Design, build, and deploy complete features, from data models to UI components in production. * ***AI Integration*** — Implement LLM APIs, design data pipelines, and build intelligent features that solve real user problems. * ***Architecture \& Performance*** — Make architectural decisions, optimize queries, design schemas, and ensure the system scales with the product. * ***Rapid Iteration*** — Work in short cycles with continuous feedback. Prioritize shipping speed and quality over theoretical perfection. * ***Quality \& Testing*** — Write testable code, participate in code reviews, and uphold high quality standards across the entire codebase. * ***Product Collaboration*** — Contribute technical perspective to product decisions. UX is everyone’s responsibility—not just the designer’s. * ***Technical Documentation*** — Document architecture, technical decisions, and APIs. Code explains itself; design intent does not. * ***Security \& Best Practices*** — Apply security standards for authentication, data handling, and APIs. Protect the user by design. * ***Mentorship \& Onboarding*** — Support team growth through pair programming, process documentation, and mentoring new members. * ***Process Automation*** — Identify repetitive tasks and build internal tools, scripts, and workflows to accelerate the team. **Requirements** * **3\+ years of professional experience** in full-stack development with production projects * **Advanced React** — hooks, context, Server Components, and modern frontend patterns * **Robust backend with Node.js, Python, or equivalent**; experience with REST and GraphQL APIs * **AI tools as part of your daily workflow**: Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar * **Databases** — SQL and NoSQL, data modeling, migrations, and query optimization * **Cloud \& DevOps** — AWS, GCP, or Vercel; CI/CD pipelines and continuous deployment practices * **Clear communication** — able to explain technical decisions and give/receive constructive feedback **Nice to Have** * Mobile development experience with React Native, Expo, Swift, or Kotlin * Integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into real products with users * Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI pipelines * Design sensitivity—you care about UX, accessibility, and visual details * Open-source contributions or personal projects with real users * Experience in early-stage startups or accelerated development environments * Professional English for collaboration with distributed teams and technical documentation Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
