Private security training Training Assistant Job Objective: Deliver training courses to new hires, as well as specialized topics to active personnel in Private Security services. Requirements: Minimum education: High school / General Bachelor's degree Experience: 1 year as an instructor Military experience Willingness to travel Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Good personal appearance Training experience Good physical condition Skills: Knowledge of security Strong communication skills and group facilitation ability Responsibility and punctuality Activities: Basic concepts of private security Technical-operational aspects Preparation of training files and documentary evidence Reinforce on-the-job training and continuously improve training programs · Benefits We offer a collaborative work environment.
