Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead multifunctional areas, optimize processes, supervise the supply chain, and align teams toward achieving objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Design and reporting of performance indicators to Management We are currently seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER. Requirements: - Both genders, aged 30 to 40. - Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (incomplete or completed degree). - Minimum 2 years leading operations or multifunctional areas. - Proven experience in: Process optimization, Supply chain management (purchasing, inventory, cross-departmental coordination), KPI creation and analysis, Strong leadership (having supervised staff). Responsibilities: - Coordinate and ensure execution across multiple operational areas - Identify improvement opportunities and implement concrete solutions - Supervise the supply chain (purchase orders, inventory, compliance) - Design, measure, and report performance indicators to Management - Align work teams to achieve objectives We Offer: - Base salary: $20,000 monthly NET. - Quarterly performance bonus - Statutory benefits Work Location: Paso Colorado, Boca del Río, Ver.
