Job Description The **Operational Manager** will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the subdivision's daily operations, ensuring compliance with maintenance programs and efficient use of human and financial resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff (maintenance, security, general services). * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Manage quotations, purchases, and service contracts. * Supervise ongoing construction projects and works in accordance with internal regulations. * Control inventories and material resources. * Administer and verify operational expenses. * Ensure the proper functioning of general facilities. * Safeguard the subdivision's overall security.
