On-site customer service and remote technical support. "On-Site Technical Support" Requirements: *Education: Technical degree in Computing, Informatics, Electronics, or Mechanics. *Experience: 1 year of experience providing technical support for printing equipment (printers, multifunctional devices, copiers, fax machines, etc.). *Knowledge of server management, network administration, technical support, and equipment configuration. *Willingness to provide on-site customer service, as well as the ability to deliver technical support via various channels (telephone, chat, email, etc.). *Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to visit multiple clients. Knowledge of installing and configuring printing and multifunctional equipment.
