




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, ensuring regulatory compliance and workplace well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on Compliance and Continuous Improvement * **Recruitment and Selection:** Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process (job posting, interviews, reference verification, and job offers). * **Personnel Administration:** Manage personnel movements, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, personnel files, and HR system updates. * **Payroll and Compensation:** Review pre-payroll, validate payroll incidents, support payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Submit medical leave certificates and handle ST-7 matters. * **Labor Relations:** Address employee and leadership inquiries, support conflict resolution, discipline, and workplace climate. Conduct disciplinary procedures and labor audits, and manage separations. * **Training and Development:** Coordinate onboarding and internal training programs. Implement and monitor leveling programs (career plans, internal mobility, and professional development). * **Employee Engagement Programs:** Implement and monitor initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, recognition, and commitment. Coordinate and track results of the workplace climate survey, ensuring execution of derived action plans. Ensure compliance and follow-up on actions related to NOM-035 regarding psychosocial risk factors and workplace well-being. * **Employee Retention:** Monitor turnover indicators, analyze reasons for attrition, propose retention and workplace well-being strategies. * **Performance Management:** Support performance evaluations, improvement plans, and recognition of outcomes. Departmental KPIs: Time to fill vacancies; Employee turnover rate; Completion rate of mandatory training and development; Compliance with HR processes and audits; Hours worked and overtime. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to internal policies, audits, and legal labor requirements. * **Projects and Continuous Improvement:** Participate in HR automation, digitalization, and process standardization initiatives. * **Compliance:** Promote and ensure adherence to internal policies, code of conduct, ethics guidelines, and corporate regulations. Participate in training and awareness campaigns on integrity, workplace harassment, equity, and inclusion.
