México Position: ERP Analyst (TEMPORARY POSITION FOR PROJECT – 1 YEAR) Job Objective: Facilitate the transition from the current ERP system to the new one by supporting key Logistics department users in all related activities (reports, manuals, tracking, etc.) to achieve a successful implementation. Responsibilities: • Develop all ERP manuals for departmental functions (Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics). • Prepare project progress reports. • Manage the project backlog (internally within the department). • Report project deviations. • Attend all project meetings, take minutes, track pending items, update trackers, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Candidate Profile: • (Education) Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration • (Experience) Minimum 3 years • (English proficiency required) Basic, preferably intermediate. Competencies • Intermediate Excel proficiency at minimum. • ERP system experience. • Process mapping. • Teamwork. • Results-oriented. • Planning and organization. • Effective communication skills. • Strong analytical ability. • Ability to develop manuals and presentations. Knowledge • Warehouse operations. • Billing. • Transactions within an ERP system. • Customer service. • Inventory management. • Logistics. • Materials planning. • Basic international trade knowledge.
