




Job Summary: The Control Room Analyst verifies operations, ensures information accuracy for clients, detects risks, and develops standards for monitoring and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification and assurance of operations in accordance with regulations. 2. Risk detection and analysis in operations. 3. Contribution to the development of standards and supporting documentation. The Control Room Analyst is responsible for verifying that operations are properly executed in compliance with applicable regulations and for maintaining the necessary documentation for case file control. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of information delivered to clients, as well as detecting operational risks, performing frontline diagnostics to identify timely solutions to problems as appropriate. Assists in developing standards and applies them to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalate issues (data analysis in HR). - Data acquisition and management using information templates. - Risk detection, information analysis, and impact assessment. - Weekly and monthly metrics reporting. - Database construction from multiple information sources. - Communication of analyses and results. - Contributes to the creation of supporting documentation. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Knowledge: Frustration tolerance, Working under pressure, Business data analysis, Microsoft Excel pivot tables Keywords: data, resources, humanos, human, resources, rrhh
