Responsibilities: Customer service via WhatsApp/Corporate Phone and routing of consultations Ordering office supplies Packing spare parts for shipment to customers Call log Spare parts stock control Generation of transfers for spare parts and machinery Supervision of service at Authorized Service Centers and Service Providers Billing process management Periodic return of spare parts and equipment to respective warehouses Log of spare parts written off under warranty · Requirements: Previous experience in administrative or operational roles. Proficiency with office tools and management software. Ability to work accurately and methodically.
